The Registrant Agreement applies to both the Customer and the domain name Registrant listed on any domain registered with allthe.domains and sets out the terms and conditions which apply to your use of our domain name registration services.
In addition to this Registrant Agreement, for gTLD domain names ICANN policies will apply and each domain name extension will usually have registry specific terms and conditions which the registrant must agree to when registering, renewing, or transferring their domain name. You should also review our 3rd Party Domain Name Terms and Conditions document for additional terms which may apply to your domain name registration.
Domain policies change frequently, so we may update or amend these terms without notice at any time. You should check back regularly to ensure you're aware of any changes.
Provide accurate domain contact data. You are required to provide the registrant’s full name, postal address, email address, and telephone number. If different to the registrant, you are also required to provide accurate data for the Admin, Tech, and Billing contacts. Failure to provide truthful and accurate information shall be considered a material breach of the Registrant Agreement and will be a basis for suspension and/or cancellation of the domain name.
Keep domain contact data up-to-date. You must ensure any changes to the domain contacts full name, postal address, email address, or telephone number are updated on the domain within 5 calendar days of the change occurring. It is your responsibility to ensure this data remains current and accurate. Failure to keep this data up-to-date, truthful, and accurate shall be considered a material breach of the Registrant Agreement and will be a basis for suspension and/or cancellation of the domain name.
Change of status which may affect domain eligibility. Some domain names have specific requirements such as a legal entity type or status, requiring a particular license, residency, charter, or other related credentials in order to be eligible for a particular domain registration. Should your status change you should inform us as you may no longer be eligible for the domain name. Should this happen, we can assist in migrating to a new domain name and working with the registry to ensure a smooth transition.
Prohibited uses and Right to Refuse Service. Use of domain names registered with allthe.domains will be subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree to be held liable for all damages and actions regarding the inappropriate or illegal use of your domain name. Failure to comply will be considered a material breach of this agreement and may result in the suspension, deletion, or cancellation of the domain name.
You hereby acknowledge, consent, and agree that we may disclose domain name contact and technical data provided by you to ICANN, the registry operator, our registrar partner, law enforcement agencies, and other 3rd parties as applicable or required by law.
This data may be made available in whole or in part, either through direct requests, automated API, or the WHOIS service as required by ICANN policy, contractual requirements, or law enforcement.
You agree to irrevocably indemnify allthe.domains from any and all liability arising from such disclosures.
Should you choose to utilise our WHOIS Privacy service you agree to also be bound by the WHOIS Privacy Terms.
In order to ensure we can provide the best service to you, we may during the course of, or upon renewal of, your domain registration opt to migrate your domain internally to a different platform or partner. You hereby agree to such transfers and acknowledge that we may update the contact data during this migration to facilitate this, the domain will be restored to the previous data once the migration has completed. Should we opt to do this, the domain may have the transfer lock applied for 60 days once the internal transfer has completed.
The Registrant contact listed in the WHOIS data stored against the domain name shall be considered the "Registered Domain Name Holder" and have primary rights to the domain name. The admin contact shall be considered an authorised agent of the Registrant with full authority to manage and assign the domain name.
The Registrant acknowledges and agrees that, should they transfer the domain to a new registrant, they must bind the new owner in writing to this agreement and associated terms before completing such a transfer.
Should we conclude, at our sole discretion, that the new registrant is not sufficiently bound to these terms, the ownership transfer will be considered null and void and the contact details will be reverted.
You acknowledge that we and/or our partners will act as the designated agent as per ICANN transfer policy whenever a request to update the registrant is made and you furthermore expressly authorise us to approve the change of registrant on your behalf.
By default, we will attempt an automatic renewal of your domain name when it is due for renewal to ensure it remains active. We will attempt automatic renewal subject to successfully capturing payment from your stored payment method on file. If you have disabled Autorenew at least 35 days before the Due Date, we will not attempt renewal automatically and you will need to manually renew your domain name.
You acknowledge that we will automatically renew and charge you for domain renewals unless you explicitly mark Autorenew as "disabled" for the domain name. Additionally you understand that this should be done at least 35 days before the Due Date, which may not necessarily be the expiry date, to avoid automatic renewal.
Any domain name where the invoice has been raised will be automatically charged and renewed. If the invoice has already been raised, you must contact support to cancel the invoice and ensure the domain name is not renewed. If you have failed to provide notice at least 35 days before the Due Date, we cannot guarantee that the renewal can be cancelled and you may still be charged for the renewal.
We cannot refund automatic renewals once processed.
If your domain name is not renewed before the expiry date it will typically stop resolving and will be considered "expired".
Various email reminders are sent to both the account holder and Registrant contacts regarding upcoming domain expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that these contacts are up to date and that you are able to receive these renewal reminders.
Should a domain name not be renewed before the expiry date, we reserve the right to change the nameservers or place the domain on "clientHold" preventing it from resolving until a renewal is processed or the domain is deleted.
You hereby acknowledge and understand that your benefit, interest, and control of a domain name ceases upon the listed expiry date. After the expiry date, the domain name may be made available for registration, sold, transferred, or otherwise altered by us, our partners, or a 3rd party.
While we make all reasonable endeavours to ensure domain names are renewed successfully with our partners and the domain registries upon your request we cannot guarantee the success of attempted renewals due to the reliance on 3rd parties. It is your responsibility to check the domain name has been successfully renewed, both within our Client Area and the public WHOIS.
The recovery process for domains which have expired varies based on the domain extension and how long it has been since expiry.
For most gTLD domain names there is typically a 40-day "Renewal Grace Period" during which you may renew the domain without additional fees.
After the Renewal Grace Period, the domain name will enter the Redemption Period which typically lasts 30 days. During the Redemption Period, it is still possible to restore your domain name, but an additional fee will apply which for most gTLDs is around £100 + VAT, but it does vary depending on the TLD.
After the Redemption Period, the domain will enter a 5-day "Pending Delete" period, during this, it is not possible to recover the domain name. After the Pending Delete period, the domain name will drop and become available for registration again.
We strive to provide all associated pricing on our Domain Price List.
Due to the nature of domain names, various 3rd parties such as the domain registry and ICANN have a role to play in your domain registration and will impose their own terms and conditions.
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by all applicable 3rd party terms and conditions. Applicable terms vary based on the domain name extension. For your convenience we have collected these on our 3rd Party Domain Name Terms.
All relevant 3rd Party terms form part of our agreement. Should there be a conflict between these terms it will be considered in order of ICANN policy, registry agreements, registrar agreements, this registrant agreement, our general terms.

Domain names by their nature are a bespoke service and are non-refundable in whole or part once the registration, renewal, transfer, contact change, or redemption has been processed and they are not subject to a "cooling-off period" under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 as per Regulation 13(1)(c).
Additionally, due to the bespoke nature of domain names, it is not possible to change the spelling of the domain name after registration. The customer must ensure the domain is correct before confirming the order.
Should the registrant wish to cancel or delete their domain before the natural expiry process no refund will be issued.
No refund will be issued for a domain deleted due to a breach of this or any other applicable terms.
